You are ineligible to create an Equity schemes (SEAS) & scholarships application. This may be because you are yet to complete a VTAC course application. Most international students are also ineligible.

In limited cases, you may be eligible to apply for a scholarship without submitting a VTAC course application. This includes people who are:

• applying for Victorian courses through UAC (the Universities Admissions Centre in New South Wales)
• already enrolled in a tertiary course
• deferred
• wanting to transfer between tertiary courses, or
• applying for courses directly to the institution.
